About the ranch…
The Sumbera Ranch is a 1400 acre hunting and wildlife ranch situated 15 miles east of Cotulla off FM 469 and is approximately 100 miles south of San Antonio. This area of south Texas is known for its trophy whitetails. Protein, minerals and cotton seed are provided to the deer herd year round to maximize antler growth.

The Hunting Lodge
The Sumbera Ranch is a place where people find respite, quiet, and intentional time spent with family and friends. The Sumbera Ranch owners have worked hard to create a space where traditional living meets modern comfort. Early mornings are spent in the deer stand. Hunters come back to the lodge to the smell of bacon frying on the Wolf range and fresh coffee in the industrial sized coffee maker. In the evenings, you’ll find the hunters gathered around the fire pit and grill outside or watching the game on large screen tv inside the lodge. The views are breathtaking. The sounds and sights of the wildlife will stop you in your tracks.
